A conductive composition comprising a p-conjugative conductive polymer, a dopant consisting of a polyanion, and a at least one compound capable of forming a crosslink point which is selected from among (a) glycidyl compounds and (b) compounds which each have both one group selected from among allyl, vinyl ether group, methacrylic groups, acrylic groups, methacrylamido, and acrylamido, and hydroxyl; an antistatic coating material comprising a p-conjugative conductive polymer, a polyanion, at least one compound capable of forming a crosslink point which is selected from the above groups (a) and (b), and a solvent; an antistatic membrane formed by applying the above coating material; and a condenser comprising an anode made of a porous valve metal, a dielectric layer formed by surface oxidation of the anode, and a cathode formed on the dielectric layer, wherein the cathode is provided with a solid electrolyte layer formed by crosslinking of a composite consisting of a p-conjugative conductive polymer and a dopant consisting of a polyanion.
