PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten latency time from selection of an animation photography function to start of animation photography and to enhance convenience. SOLUTION: When an animation photography mode is selected by a user, a first control chip 50 instructs movie start preparation to a second control chip 70 and performs a radiowave off request to a modem/radio control part 51. In the second control chip 70, an animation mode state is set, a photography part 71 is set to a moving image fetching state and through display of video images from the photography part 71 is started. While executing a preparation processing to perform the through display of the picked up video images by the second control chip 70, a communication function of the modem/radio control part 51 is turned off.
