摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient method for improving the fatigue properties of a component formed by liquid phase diffusion joining by which excellent fatigue strength is imparted thereto, and to provide a component by liquid phase diffusion welding. SOLUTION: In the method for improving the fatigue properties of a component formed by liquid phase diffusion joining, the surface of a joint in a component subjected to liquid phase diffusion joining is struck with an ultrasonic vibration terminal vibrating at a frequency of 10 to 60 kHz and an amplitude of 0.3 to 50μm, and a level difference in the joint is reduced, thus the concentration of stress in the joint is relaxed.
