PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating device with improved operation stability of a controlling circuit by eliminating the influence of an electric wave in an intensive electric field area. SOLUTION: This planar heating device is provided with a noise eliminating means 20 for bypassing the electric wave received by a heater 11. Thereby, the noise eliminating means 20 bypasses the electric wave, and the electric wave escapes so that the controlling circuit is not influenced, and the operation stability of the controlling circuit is improved.
