SOLUTION: Titanium (chromium) and gold (platinum) are vacuum-deposited on a glass plate in two layers and also a photoresistor is applied on the vacuum-deposited two layers of titanium (chromium) and gold (platinum), and exposure is performed with a desired pattern mask placed on the photoresistor. The exposed photoresistor is developed, and the vacuum-deposited two layers of gold (platinum) and titanium (chromium) around the patterned photoresistor are etched in order, and then the desired pattern surface is made smooth by etching the glass surface, and after removing titanium (chromium) and gold (platinum), a nickel plating layer is laminated on a glass substrate, and the nickel plating layer is released from a mold to produce a master.
