PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allophanate group-containing (meth)acrylate resin with flexibility and scratch resistance compatible with each other, excellent in adhesion to plastic base materials and compatibility with other resins, and curable by ultraviolet light, electron beams, radiation or the like, and to provide a composition comprising the resin. SOLUTION: The allophanate group-containing (meth)acrylate resin is such that the resin skeleton contains a structure composed of an allophanate group of formula(1)(wherein, R1 is a 1-40C aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon group, wherein the hydrocarbon group may be branched or have substituent(s)) and the structure of the resin terminal is represented by formula(2)(wherein, R2 is a 1-50C organic group and may be branched or have side chain(s); and R3 is H or methyl).
