PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing propylene from a steam-cracked and/or catalytic cracked light olefin fraction, containing a moving bed catalytic cracking process having a catalyst regeneration loop. SOLUTION: This process is provided by recirculating the part of used catalyst to the entrance of the moving bed reactor. The conversion of the process is high, and the yield and selectivity of propylene are both good. The process is provided by using a supported catalyst having a shape selectivity and 50-1,200 Si/Al ratio, taking out a flow of the used catalyst from the lower part of the reactor, recirculating a first part of the used catalyst to the top part of the reactor, transporting the complementary part of the used catalyst to a regenerating zone, passing through a regulated oxidation process at least once, reintroducing the regenerated catalyst part into the top of the reactor and mixing with the first part used catalyst.
