PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-cleansing agent composition reducing irritation of a cleansing agent without lowering foam performance and excellent in skin touch after cleansing. SOLUTION: The skin-cleansing agent composition comprises (A) a silicic acid salt having hemoglobin aggregation action and (B) a fatty acid salt and optionally preferably (C) at least one kind of surfactant selected from an anionic surfactant other than the fatty acid salt, a nonionic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant and a semi-polar surfactant. The silicic acid salt having hemoglobin aggregation of the component A is preferably a colloidal silicic acid salt having <100 nm average particle diameter and further preferably has allergen-reducing action.
