<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an ambience of music to be changed easily according to user's conditions and taste. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 193 generates a control signal for reproducing music, and provides the generated control signal to a reproducer 196. A music data generator 213 obtains music material data from a music material data storage 194, and obtains music formation data from a music formation data storage 195. The music data generator 213 generates music data for reproducing music on reproduction conditions set in the music formation data based on the music material data and the music formation data. An output part 197 reproduces music, based on the music data.
