<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based primer composition bringing a process for treating ground surfaces of inorganic base members of civil engineering buildings such as roofs, walls, floors roads and the like to be less odorized and rapidly carried out, excellent in adhesiveness to various inorganic members, prevention of swelling effect for coated resin layers and drying properties, a method for treating ground surfaces using the same and a lamination structure of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The water-based primer composition comprises a water dispersible polyisocyanate (A) and an aqueous acrylic resin dispersion (B) as essential components. The acrylic resin in the aqueous acrylic resin dispersion (B) has≥350,000 weight average molecular weight measured by gel permeation chromatography and 15-130°C glass transition temperature measured by differential scanning calorimeter. The weight ratio of the water dispersible polyisocyanate (A) over the aqueous acrylic resin dispersion (B)is expressed by (A):(B)=70:30-50:50 in solid content conversion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
