PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device having a cooling mechanism whose noise is made low while improving cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: The optical device has a 1st cooling air duct having a 1st suction part 92 opened in a 1st direction A, a 2nd cooling air duct having a 2nd suction part 75a arranged in a 2nd direction B with respect to the 1st suction part 92, and a blowing means 17 for making cooling air blow on the 1st and the 2nd suction parts.
