METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREPARING SAMPLE FOR ANALYZING DIOXINS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately and simply prepare a sample for use in analyzing monoortho Co-PCBs and a sample for analyzing non-ortho Co-PCBs, PCDDs and PCDFs in a short time. SOLUTION: This preparation method includes: a process for supplying an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent solution of dioxins to a rear stage column 22 filled with a silica gel type filler 22a; a process for supplying the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent to the rear stage column 22 from an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent supply part 60 after the solvent solution is supplied to pass it through the column 22; a process for supplying the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent after passed through the rear stage column 22 to a fractionation column 30 filled with a carbonaceous filler 30a to pass it through the column; a process for supplying a mixture solvent of dichloromethane and hexane to the fractionation column 30 after the passage of the solvent to ensure the mixture solvent after passage; and a process for supplying toluene to the fractionation column 30 after the passage of the aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent to pass it through the column to ensure toluene after passage.
