PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel having excellent contrast, while keeping sharpness, and a radiological image radiographing method using it. SOLUTION: In this radiological image radiographing method, this radiological image conversion panel is used, which is formed by laminating a stimulable phosphor layer including a stimulable phosphor which is a columnar crystal formed by a vapor-phase sedimentation method and a protection layer in this order on a support. The method has characteristics wherein the average length of the columnar crystal is 100-1,000μm, and a tube voltage at the radiographing time is 50 kV or higher. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
