PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic laminated product composed of an elastic film and an elastic non-woven fabric and a manufacturing method of similar products or the like.

SOLUTION: The invention is related to a unique impermeable elastic laminate composed of the elastic film and the elastic nonwoven fabric. In the manufacturing method of the elastic nonwoven fabric, a gas permeability is given by a porous ring formed around a welding point and the welding point is the one for using when sticking the laminate in the manufacturing process.
