<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SIM reader/writer which can be mounted with a contact and non-contact dual interface SIM and can display a bar code on a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: Data in ticket information recorded in an SIM card 2 can be read by a contact system through a USB connector 20, or a non-contact system through an antenna coil. Furthermore, the ticket information recorded in the SIM card 2 is converted into a two-dimensional bar code, and displayed at a liquid crystal display 4 to be optically read.
