PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive video/acoustic system by simplifying a configuration for combining a required number of pieces of video/acoustic equipment as a system when the plurality of pieces of video/acoustic equipment having video and voice output functions are connected and are operated as a system. SOLUTION: The video/acoustic system comprises a video/voice outputting device (head unit) 1 for outputting video information and voice information to a monitor 5 and a voice transmitter 6; a video/voice outputting device (external player) 2 that is connected to the video/voice outputting device 1 via a common signal line 3, and switches and outputs external video information and voice information to the monitor 5 and the voice transmitter 6; and a remote control operation unit 4 for selectively operating the video/voice outputting devices 1, 2 externally. The video/voice outputting devices 1, 2 are operated at least in one circuit form, namely individually or in combination, based on a signal flowing through the common signal line 3.
