PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small heat radiation fin in which a structure of a heat sink is simple by making a heat radiating area large and not blocking cooling air flow. SOLUTION: This heat radiation fin comprises a carbon fiber 6 having a diameter of 200nm or less and binder 7, and a contact part between strands of the carbon fiber is bonded with the binder. As the carbon fiber, at least one out of carbon nanotube and carbon nanofiber is used, and the binder contains at least one out of thermosetting resin and thermoplastic resin. The heat radiation fin is manufactured by injecting the binder, whose viscosity is controlled at 2Pa sec or below, into the carbon fiber, and then heating it to cure/dry so that the contact part between the strands of the carbon fiber is bonded with the binder.
