PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of defects in adhesion due to a releasing agent in a bonding process of a sheet pad for a vehicle and a skin material. SOLUTION: The problem of adhesion of the releasing agent on the surface of urethane foam is solved by a manufacturing method of the sheet pad product for the vehicle comprising the steps of bringing a sheet, which is made by bonding a urethane film and a hot melt sheet bonded to each other in advance, into tight contact with a mold, and then injecting and foaming a urethane resin, and is solved by the sheet pad product having a surface to be bonded to the skin material, on which face is free from deposition of the releasing agent.
