PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a humanized antibody comprising an amino acid sequence of an import nonhuman antibody and a human antibody, and to provide a method for using the same. SOLUTION: A variant immunoglobulin, especially, a humanized antibody polypeptide having a nonhuman CDR (complementarity determining region) introduced into a human antibody variable domain, the method for producing the same, and the method for using the same are provided, respectively. Further, a consensus immunoglobulin sequence and a structural model are provided, respectively.
