PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary reel type game machine with an automatic stopping function and an excellent game controllability such as preventing a player from being confused if the automatic stopping function is actuated even if the player himself/herself executes the stopping operation. SOLUTION: The game machine comprises an automatic stopping means for controlling/stopping rotating reels after a prescribed period of time elapses from the rotation starting operation by a start lever, and an automatic stopping announcing means for generating an announcing sound or announcing image when the rotation of the reels is stopped by the automatic stopping means.
