PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement adjusting the height of its ground-leveling device for meeting with the change of the working position of its transplanting device by a simple operation so as to perform an appropriate ground-leveling operation. SOLUTION: This agricultural implement 10 equipped with a traveling machine body 11 loading an engine 17 and traveling by the power of the engine 17, a transplanting device 31 supported by the traveling machine body 11 as freely lifted up and down, and a ground-leveling device 51 arranged between the traveling machine body 11 and the transplanting device 31 and also supported as lifted up and down as moving jointly with the transplanting device 31 is provided by being equipped with a lifting up and down means 61 for lifting up and down the ground-leveling device 51 between the working position and non-working position at its descended position as moving jointly with the transplanting device 31 and a height-adjusting means 111 for adjusting the up and down position of the ground-leveling device 51 relative to the transplanting device 31 at its working position. As the height of the ground-leveling device 51 is adjusted by moving jointly with the height of the transplanting device 31, it is possible to perform an appropriate ground-leveling work.
