A tool is described, particularly for milling operations, capable of being driven in rotation about its own main axis (X) and comprising a core (2) provided with plurality of abrasive elements (6) extending from the core radially to the axis and spaced apart from each other angularly, in which between at least one pair of abrasive elements (6) adjacent to each other is provided at least one respective gap in the form of a cut (7) extending radially in the core (2) to a predefined distance from the axis (X).
