<p>Disclosed is a method of preventing clone call of a clone terminal within a same base station by detecting the clone call by two or more terminals with same ESN and MIN information by using incoming response time difference of terminals managing incoming call within a predetermined base station of a mobile system, and a method of preventing clone call of the clone terminal in the same base station by detecting clone call of two or more terminals with same ESN and MIN information by using fixed characteristic information managed by each terminal processing an outgoing/incoming call within a predetermined base station of the mobile system or floating information according to a terminal operation.
