<p>The mechanical actuating device has an actuating lever (1) mounted rotatable on a brake housing (20) and connected to the brake adjusting shaft (5) by a freewheel (2) so that a rotational movement of the lever in the direction of the brake is transferred to the shaft whilst rotational movement of the lever in the sense of releasing the brake is not transferred to the shaft. A hub (12) is mounted between the shaft and brake housing whereby the shaft can be freely rotated relative to the hub within a restricted angular region.</p> |
