Postpancreatoectomic insulin insufficiency correction is carried out by introducing required insulin dose. Insulin injections are cancelled at the tenth-twelfth day and no insulin insufficiency adjustment is applied any more. ^ EFFECT: prevented insulin insufficiency occurrence.
