FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves setting catheter into pancreatic duct. Gland duct system is sealed. Small intestine loop is sutured to the superior and inferior peritoneum edge covering pancreas stump after having removed the pancreaticoduodenal complex. When set, the catheter is attached to the gland duct. The catheter is laid on the serous membrane of small intestine. Interrupted seroserous sutures are placed 1-1.5 cm far from gland cut above the catheter, forming tunnel. The intestine is dissected at the end of the tunnel. The catheter is introduced into intestine lumen. Pierce zone is sealed. The catheter is brought out through blind intestine end onto anterior abdominal wall. Draining porolon system is delivered to gland cut zone. The catheter is withdrawn in 2-4 months after operation. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in creating leak-proof anastomosis. ^ 2 dwg |
