FIELD: railway transport; track laying and repairing. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed track rail welding and heat-treatment complex contains at least one frame and the following devices mounted on frame: at least one control cabin, power plant, welding machine, manipulator for moving welding machine with supply source, welding machine cooling system, welding equipment, at least one heat-treatment unit connected with frequency converter and compressor of heat-treatment unit and mounted for vertical and cross displacements and its displacement device. At least one heat-treatment unit is mounted at such distance from welding machine the said distance is equal to length of rail to be treated. Complex is furnished with traction and trailing parts. Used as traction part of complex is pneumatic wheeled vehicle with running wheels and trailing part of complex is furnished with pneumatic wheels for running along motor roads and railways. Invention is aimed at increasing capacity and reducing mass and size of complex owing to reduction of time taken for carrying out operations and elimination of complex motions and also uniform distribution of mass of equipment and possibility of making the complex universal and mobile by using vehicle capable of moving along motor roads and railways. ^ EFFECT: increased capacity, reduced weight and dimensions of complex. ^ 7 cl, 6 dwg |
