FIELD: forest industry, in particular, agricultural amelioration procedure used in seed afforestation of gills, including existing, non-matted, felt-down and unstable gills, and also gills with fragile soil and steep slopes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves using sowing packets consisting of water-permeable enclosure and content, with enclosure being made so as to allow sprouts and wood plant roots to pass therethrough, and contents being composed of seeds and filler; tightly pressing sowing packets to slope surface and immovably fixing; placing one or number of seeds into sowing packet.
