FIELD: agricultural engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: root-harvesting combine has frame resting upon drive part and adapted for carrying of successively arranged top remover and disk-like digger, and is further provided with cleaning-transporting device and hopper. Top remover is made in the form of rotor located in housing and having horizontal axis of rotation extending transverse to ridge to be harvested. Frame has device for hitching of combine to tractor. Drive part is made in the form of single carrier wheel placed under hopper. Cleaning-transporting device is made in the form of multiple-thread screw with bracing arranged along generatrix thereof. Axis of rotation of screw is arranged at an acute angle to horizontal plane in vertical plane extending in parallel with axis of rotor of top remover. In entrance portion of screw, bracing planks are attached to ski which is made in the form of sector. Receiving device is fixed axially of screw at a distance of 20-50 mm with respect to ski and attached to screw coils. Receiving device is made in the form of surface of truncated cone oriented with its smaller base to spherical disk-like digger. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. ^ 3 dwg |
