摘要 FIELD: measurement engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: micromechanical gyroscope relates to devices used for measurement of angular velocity, in particular, to vibration type micromechanical gyroscopes. Gyroscope has movable mass, system for measurement of displacement of movable mass which has electrodes disposed onto first and second axes of movement of movable mass, ac voltage supply with opposite-phased outputs which are connected to opposite electrodes of first axis of movement of movable mass. Gyro also has amplifiers, one of which is made as a differential one. Inverting output of amplifier is connected with movable mass. Gyro has amplifier power source, dc voltage source which is connected between non-inverting input of differential amplifier and common output of amplifier power source. Second amplifier is made as current amplifier and it has input connected with electrodes of second axis of movement of movable mass. ^ EFFECT: simplified design; simplified technique of manufacture. ^ 4 dwg
