A 3-dimensional ultrasonographic device includes a matrix sensor (9) having a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators formed independently from each other in a matrix state. According to a reflected echo of an ultrasonic wave obtained from the matrix sensor (9), 3D imaging data is generated and a display image is processed into a flat image. Moreover, the 3-dimensional ultrasonographic device realizes imaging of a defect (14) for quantitative and intuitional judgment by connecting a plurality of imaging data obtained while moving the matrix sensor (9), according to the position of the matrix sensor (9) as well as enables automatic judgment of inspection. Furthermore, it is possible to improve the image quality by imaging while masking the area other than the inspection range of the inspection object.
