PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning and moving toy for providing various interesting turning motions. SOLUTION: The turning and moving toy includes a body 1 provided with a weight ball rolling passage 4 horizontally winding in the body, right and left arm bodies 11 pivoted by an arm pivot portion 10 on the head side of the body 1, right and left leg bodies 21 pivoted by a leg pivot portion 20 on the tail side of the body 1, and weight balls 7 stored in the weight ball rolling passage 4 of the body 1 so as to be rolled and moved.
