PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing portion structure of a thresher, in which a rear threshing cylinder 30 can be detached in a state that a front threshing cylinder 20 is attached to the thresher body. SOLUTION: The rear threshing cylinder 30 comprises a cylinder-supporting shaft 31, a rim member 35 and a drum plate 33 in a dividable state. The rim member 35 is formed in a state capable of being attached to or detached from the cylinder-supporting shaft 31, and comprises dividable rim members arranged in the circumferential direction of the rear threshing cylinder 30. The drum plate 33 is formed in a state capable of being attached to or detached from the rim member 35, and comprises dividable drum plates arranged in the circumferential direction of the rear threshing cylinder 30.
