PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towboat enabling weight saving, scarcely overturning and capable of readily returning to original state even if the towboat overturns. SOLUTION: The towboat has a body 3 for storing fishes. A float part 5 is provided on the upper side of the body 3 and a water storage part 10 is formed on the bottom side of the body 3 so that water is left when the body 3 which floats on water overturns or inclines.
