<p>The earthing connection is for a laminated jacket cable having a metallic screen positioned on the inner surface of the cable jacket. It comprises two connection parts between which approx. one half of the cable jacket is clamped. The earthing connection extends in the direction of the cable core's axis, i.e. the contact teeth for the cable screen, the tray for the cable jacket, the screw as well as the lever-arm type extensions of the upper part of the connection and the lower part of the connection are arranged one behind the other in this direction. Thus the contact teeth are positioned with only small lateral spacing from the axis of the cable core.</p> |
