<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a device to which special form data have been downloaded is relocated, roles and workload of a manager who conducts deletion of the form data in the device for preventing their inappropriate use and wrongful use increase in the case where the management is massive. <P>SOLUTION: Network information is added to the form data, and the device is made to determine propriety of use of the form data so that management of the form data is conducted automatically and the burden of the manager can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
