<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a connector for express cards which is capable of using for two kinds of cards having different widths, and further enhancing the stability of a housing with respect to twisting force that is caused, when a narrow card is inserted into the receiving space. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 1 houses two kinds of express cards having different widths into a card-receiving space. The connector has a retractable reinforcing holder that holds a card so as to prevent from falling down to the side, while a first express card having a narrower width is inserted into the card receiving space, and is retracted from the receiving space, when a second express card having a wider width is inserted into the card-receiving space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
