PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens actuator wherein heat generated by joule power consumption from a motor coil mounted on the movable part of the objective lens actuator is directly relayed to be radiated to a metal base by using a heat discharging element such as a metal or a highly heat conductive material so as to radiate heat to a metal base, and an optical disk recording/reproducing device. SOLUTION: In the objective lens actuator of an optical disk recording/reproducing device provided with a fixed metal base A, a lens holder 2 having an objective lens 1 fixed thereto, a fixed magnetic disk, a movable part B having a solenoid coil capable of generating a focusing thrust, a tracking thrust and tilt moment according to a supplied current value, and an elastic support member C for supporting the movable part on the metal base to be elastically displaced according to the generation amount of the thrust, a heat radiating means D is connected to the movable part or the solenoid coil itself, and the heat radiating means includes the elastic support member.
