<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless data collection system reducing power consumption of each sensor terminal, and collecting data of a plurality of parts over a wide area into a centrally controlling server. <P>SOLUTION: Each the sensor terminal has: an MPU 15 changing over between an operation state and a stop state in accordance with a clock period; a sensor data acquisition part 12 detecting target data and generating sensor data; a wireless transmission part 13 performing wireless data communication with another sensor terminal; and a time setting part 16 setting a time to the changeover from the stop state to the operation state to the MPU 15. The wireless transmission part 13 returns a reception confirmation signal to a transmission source sensor terminal and transmits the sensor data of its own terminal and the received sensor data to the transmission source sensor terminal when receiving the sensor data. The time setting part 16 transfers the MPU 15 to the stop state and sets the time to the changeover to the next operation state when the wireless transmission part 13 receives the reception confirmation signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
