PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator easily find out a file to be operated, out of files stored in an image processing apparatus. SOLUTION: A storage device of the image processing apparatus has an monopolistic storage area for storing files, for each of a plurality of operators and individually stores execution histories of image processing of the plurality of operators. The plurality of operators can be associated with each other. Information relating files executed by a set of an operator and operators associated with this operator is displayed on a display device. Or, when the storage device is operated by an operator, information relating to files executed by other operators associated with this operator is displayed on the display device.
