PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub-frame mechanism of a new structure capable of simply sensing the external force acting on a vehicle wheel accurately and quickly and provide a vibrationproof device for a sub-frame able to be adopted to the sub-frame mechanism. SOLUTION: The arrangement according to this invention is equipped with the sub-frame 12 to constitute the sub-frame mechanism 10 coupling a suspension component 14 resiliently with a vehicle body 26 and a sensing means 46 able to generate an output signal corresponding to the load acting on the part with respect to the vehicle body 26.
