PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify whether or not an access request is issued from a regular accessing person. SOLUTION: A service center generates an access URL including an access permitted person address, a resource identifier, and a validation condition, which are accepted from a manager, as a key. When accepting an access request using an access URL from an accessing person, the service center reports a password to an access permitted person address included in this access URL on condition that a validation condition included in the access URL is satisfied. Furthermore, the service center accepts input of a password from the accessing person and permits him or her to access a resource specified by a resource identifier included in the access URL on condition that the password accepted from the accessing person corresponds to the password reported to the access permitted person address beforehand.
