PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerated pneumatic radial-ply tire for aircraft and split moulds, eliminating the risk of generation of a center dislocation or mould biting even in case the tire with the outside diameter expansion ratio dropped due to the enhancement of the anti-cut characteristic of the tread and improvement in wear characteristic of the tread is to be vulcanized, and suppressing the degradation of the tire surface property and the drop of the adhesive strength between the constituent members. SOLUTION: The regenerated pneumatic radial-ply tire for aircraft has a plurality of belt layers formed from high resilient cords and not able to elongate in the tire circumferential direction, wherein the outside diameter expansion ratio▵ϕof the tire equator part when the specified internal pressure is supplied should be▵ϕ≤3.0%, and the condition 1.5≤2d/D×100≤3.0 should be met, where D is the tire outside diameter at the time a tread moulded in advance is affixed, and d is the depth of at least one circumferentially stretching groove, and the tire tread is vulcanized by the split moulds.
