PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rattling noise generated by interfering with a coupling sleeve without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A shift fork 1 comprises a fork body 4 which has an almost semicircular shape projecting in a forked form from a base end portion 3 engaged with a fork rod 2, and pawl portions 5 which are formed so as to project from the fork body 4 in the radially inward direction of the fork body 4 and are brought into contact with the coupling sleeve 100 in a speed changing operation, and is guided by means of the fork rod 2 in its axial direction.
