Preparation of form body (2) of cooked sugar mass (3), by pouring liquid sugar mass (LSM) into mold (4) for producing shell-like form body, dislocating LSM along the wall of mold by a stamp element, solidifying LSM between the stamp element (10) and wall of the mold to form solid shell-like form body and ejecting the form body from the mold by reversing the mold. The mold is made up of an elastic and resilient material. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus for preparing form body of cooked sugar mass.
