PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic seamless belt that is free from nonuniform transfer and is highly durable. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic seamless belt is obtained by biaxially stretching a thermoplastic resin mixture. The axial tensile elastic modulus (c) of the middle of the seamless belt and the axial tensile elastic modulus (d) of at least one of the ends of the seamless belt satisfy the relation expressed by formula (1): [(d-c)/c]×100>2.
