PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing method for precedingly charging an admixture and other additives in an empty mixer in the initial kneading stage of ready-mixed concrete and a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: The admixture and other additives added at the time of manufacture of ready-mixed concrete are foamed to be precedingly charged in the mixer without being mixed with kneading water. That is, the additive required in the manufacture of ready-mixed concrete due to the mixer are weighed to be formed into foam having fine air bubbles and after the elapse of a predetermined time from the start of charging in the empty mixer, most preferably after the completion of charging, aggregate, cement and water are charged in the empty mixer to be kneaded. The ready-mixed concrete manufacturing apparatus is equipped with a chemical agent weighing tank 5, a water metering tank 6, aggregate and cement weighing hoppers 3 and 4, the mixer 7, a foaming device 34, a push-in pump 38 for transferring the additives to the foaming device 34 and a compressor 33 for supplying compressed air to the foaming device 34.
