The lock has a contact surface (7) extending over the breadth of a framework of a solar module, where the lock is made of compostable material. A retaining collar (4) provided at the surface overlaps the framework till an inner edge of the framework. A rim (6) or rim plates are arranged at the contact surface, turned upwards, and lie at the framework. The rim or the rim plates rest against two superimposed frameworks of the modules.
