PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing a semiconductor part shortening a development period and realizing a low cost and the semiconductor part. SOLUTION: The method for designing the semiconductor part has a procedure in which the semiconductor part 1 formed by a semiconductor integrated circuit 2 and a non-volatile memory 7 storing a set value determining an output voltage Vout from the semiconductor integrated circuit 2 in a monolithic manner as shown in Fig. 3 is made on an experimental basis by a manufacturer, and the procedure in which a user using the semiconductor part 1 is supplied with an article made on the experimental basis for the semiconductor part 1. The method further has the procedure in which the user adjusts the set value and evaluates the output voltage Vout from the semiconductor integrated circuit 2, and the procedure in which the set value is determined on the basis of the result of the evaluation of the user.
