PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building surface finishing material, floor, wall, ceiling, column, or furniture, decoration member such as a cabinet, surface finishing material for as various fixtures, ligneous board and floor material especially having scratch resistance or antifouling property on the most external face. SOLUTION: The board is constituted of the surface layer 1 formed of a singular coniferous tree or a composite plywood of a coniferous tree and a broad-leaf tree, a reinforced layer 2, and a base layer 3 comprising a composite plywood of a singular coniferous tree or a composite broad-leaf tree.
